1/2 lb White chicken meat, cooked and shredded 1/2 pkg Won ton pi, cut into strips, deep fried until light brown 1/2 lb Char siu, thinly sliced 1 head Lettuce, broken in bite-sized pieces |
Dressing: 1/2 tsp Wwhite pepper 1 tsp Salt 1/4 C Vinegar 1/4 C Sugar
Boil the above ingredients, cool and then add: 1/4 C Sesame oil 1/4 C Salad oil
