Ingredients
4 lbs Country-style spareribs
1 can (16-oz) Tart red cherries
1/2 C Brown sugar
1/3 C Catsup
2 Tbsp Shoyu
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Fresh ginger, minced
Dash pepper
Cooking Instructions
K'den. Eef u like make one majah ono kine dish, heah wat u do: Firss, heat da oven to 450 degrees. Ho, da hot! No burn yoahself! Den, take da ribs an poot dem meat side up in one shallow pan. Poot insai da oven an bake um foah 15 minutes. Den, pour off alla fat (cuz no like get momona, yeah?) K'den, whiyo da meat stay in da oven, drain da cherries; no need keep da juice. Chroyum away. Set aside 1/4 cup of da cherries foah lataz. Den, poot da remaining cherries in one blendah an grine up up foah few seconds. No make um all juice doe! Jass few seconds!! Next... Mix togeddah da cherries from da blendah, da brown sugah, catsup, shoyu, lemon juice, garlic, salt, ginjah, an peppah. Poot all dis in one saucepan, heat till come boiling, den simmah on low heat foah 10 minutes. K'den, hemo da ribs from da oven an turn down da oven to 350 anden drain um eef u nevah wen doyem yet. Spoon da cherry sauce ovah da ribs. Bake in da oven foah 1 1/2 houahs, but no covah dem. Baste um wit da cherry da kine occasionally. Wen stay almost pau cook, spoon da reserved cherries ovah da meet wen u do da final basting. Serve wit rice. Make enough foah 4.
