5 lbs Pork shoulder (6-7 pieces)
15 tsp Sugar
2 1/2 tsp Salt
15 tsp Honey
8 1/2 tsp Shoyu
Red food coloring
Cooking Instructions
Combine above ingredients and let soak. Place on a rack in a roasting pan. Add a few drops of water to prevent smoking. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Or, pulehu style, just throw it on the barbecue and cook until slightly charred.
