Beef Tomato

1 lbs Lean beef (Flank or Sirloin)
3-4 Ripe tomatoes (Wedged)
3-4 ribs Celery
1 lb Brocolli crowns (sectioned)
1 Round onion (Wedged)
1 Green bell pepper
2 cloves Garlic (Sliced)
1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 pinch Black pepper
1 Tbsp Corn starch
Cooking Instructions
In a small bowl, marinate sliced beef with an eighth of a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda (to tenderize), a little oyster sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, and two tablespoons of corn starch for about 15 minutes or longer. Heat large pan or wok with about a couple of tablespoon of oil. Sear meat and set aside (do not overcook). Stir fry veggies until tender. Thicken with cornstarch and chicken stock or water. Add meat back to veggies before serving.
