Shaka Banana Rice Pudding

1 C Milk
1 can Fruit cocktail (save the juices)
1 1/2 C Brown rice (cooked)
3 Bananas
4 Tbsp of Honey
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Nutmeg
Cooking Instructions
K'den, in a medium size saucepan combine the banana's, fruit cocktail (and its juices), honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg... bring to a fsat boil then reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 10 minutes, or until the banana's are tender but not mushy. Now, add the rice (don't forget to cook it first) and milk to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Next, bring this to a boil again then reduce the heat and let simmer 10 more minutes. For best flavor, serve while still warm.
Serving Suggestions:
I said for the best flavor serve while still warm, but I and my ohana enjoy it chilled also.

If you love banana or rice pudding you'll love my variation of them. I have combined the both and added a twist as you'll soon see. All I can say is you have to taste it to enjoy it's richnest and ono flavor. For those that worry about food presentation, my variation of the pudding will make everyone go ooohhh and aaahh. hehehe
