Pumpkin Delight

Ingredients
Batter:
1 29oz can Pure pumpkin (Libby's)
1 1/2 C Granulated sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Ground cloves
4 lg Eggs, slightly beatened
2 12oz. Carnation evaporated milk
Crust:
1 C Dry yellow (or white) cake mix (I prefer Betty Crocker)
1 1/2 C Chopped, unsalted, roasted macadamia nuts (pecans are good also)
1/2 C (1 block) melted butter
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 cake pan with 1/4 c. margarine, coating bottom and sides of pan. Set this aside. Combine pumpkin with the next 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix till well blended. Pour pumpkin batter into cake pan. Sprinkle DRY cake mix evenly over entire surface of pumpkin. Spread the chopped macadamia nuts evenly over cake mix. Drizzle melted butter over nuts. Place pan into oven and bake 60 minutes (or when inserted butter knife comes out clean). Cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.. (buggah too hot, yea? going burn da mouth, k?) \m/ Serve with vanilla ice cream or topped with Cool Whip.. ONO!! ~ Enjoy ~
