1 C Sugar
18 oz Mochiko four (that's about 1 1/4 box)
1 - 2 C Water
Cooking Instructions
Mix poi and sugar until will mixed. Add Mochiko flour and slowly mix while adding water. Continue adding water until batter is consistency of thick pancake batter. Drop by spoonfuls or a small cookie scooper into hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Makes about 2 to 2 1/2 dozen depending on how big you make em'.
Serving Suggestions:
If you have any extra left, do not store them in plastic containers, they will get soft. Put them in a paper bag lined with paper towels.
