Coconut Cloud Pie

1 Bottom uncooked pie crust
1 can Coconut milk
2/3 C Half & half cream
2/3 to 3/4 C Sugah (try see how sweet you like em)
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Beaten eggs
1/2 - 1 C Sweetened flaked coconut (depends on how much coconut you like)
Cooking Instructions
K den, put da pie crust in da pie pan, an flute da edges nani, so dey stand up nice an tall. Whisk oa beat all da rest tings togedah so dey real smooth. Pouah in da pie shell ~ not too full now, rememba da buggah puff up when it wen bake. Now poot in da oven, bake at 350 degrees foa 45 to 75 minutes. Dis da only tricky paht: top of da pie will get golden brown, and da middo needs to be set, not loose an jiggly. Make shua da buggah is done. When done, cool an chill in refrigerator an den. Serve plain, or da REALLY ono wit real whip cream an pineapple preserves spooned ovah.

Dis recipe is very light , not dense like a typical custard. More like chiffon dan regular custahd pie. ONO!ENJOY!
