Healthy Banana/Mango Smoothie

1 Frozen banana
1/2 C Frozen mango
1 cup Soy milk or rice milk
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients in blender to liquefy, then serve. You can vary the amount of mango or milk... depends how thick u want it. I use frozen banana for coldness instead of ice. Also, instead of throwing away your old bananas, I freeze them for smoothies. You can use other frozen fruits too. I sometimes use frozen blueberries, mix berries, strawberries, mix tropical fruits, etc. instead of mango. Some people use fruit juice instead of milk.
