Wasabi-Ginger Butter Sauce

Ingredients
1 stalk Green onion (chopped)
1 inch Ginger (minced)
1 Tbsp Wasabi paste
1/4 C Rice vinegar
2 Tbsp Shoyu
2 Tbsp Heavy cream
1/2 C Unsalted butter
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients in saucepan and heat until well blended. Remove from and serve over your favorite fish. Best with seared ahi and salmon.
