Iggy's Samba Beef Stick

1 lb Beef round, 1/2in x 2in strips
1/2 C Soy sauce
1/2 C Water
1 tsp Brown sugar
3 large cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup SAMBA sauce
Bell pepper cut in 1/2in squares
10 inch Bamboo skewers
1/2 cup Sweet rice wine vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Mix the first 5 items and marinate for 1 hour. Soak da sticks. Roll a strip of beef and skewer on the bamboo stick, alternating with bell peppers, about 6 rolls per stick. Add the vinegar to the marinade and pour over the sticks. Light up da hibachi and grill medium rare. You can use your favorite chili paste, as well as, any other vegetable. Bell peppers add a crunch and unique taste when combined with this spicy marinade
