Salmon Chili Rolls

Fresh Salmon, cut into strips approx 1/4 inch by 3 inches
Fresh baby spinach
Green onions thinly sliced
Lumpia, spring roll or egg roll wrappers
Canola oil for frying
Sweet chili oil for dipping
Cooking Instructions
Lay out lumpia wrapper with 1 pointed edge toward you, place a few leafs of spinach, then 1 or 2 pieces of Salmon. Sprinkle with green onions, and roll like an egg roll, roll up 1 turn and turn in sides, roll up completely and seal edges with water. Remember to keep wrappers and rolls covered with a damp cloth to keep them from drying out while you are working. Roll them all at once then fry. Heat oil and fry until golden brown. Serve with sweet chili sauce as a dip.
Serving Suggestions:
Make alot of deez, cuz dey goin' go fas'. I like the lumpia wrappers cuz dey nice and thin! Now go make um and let me know how you wen like um, cuz I get plenty moa ono kine resa-peez!
