1 Yellow cake mix (bake as directed, cool and remove from pan) 16 oz Crushed pineapple drain and reserved juice 16 oz Flaked coconut (soak in pineapple juice)
1 box Vanilla instant pudding 1 1/2 C Wwater 8 oz Cream cheese softened 8 oz Cool whip
Mix pudding with water until consistency of pudding. Blend in cream cheese and cool whip. Spread on cake. Sprinkle pineapple on the cake then sprinkle on the soaked coconut. optional add chopped Macadamia nuts all over.
