1 pound ground pork butt
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp cumin seeds
1-2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1 Tbls (or more) cayenne chile powder
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame seed oil
1 tsp soy sauce (shoyu)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbls vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Mix everything in a medium size bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Form into patties, and fry 'em up!
