Aunty Sandy's Macaroni Salad

1 bag medium macaroni
2-3 Del Monte sweet pickles (save juice from bottle)
Grated carrot (one or two, depending on how much carrot you want)
1/4 to 1/2 cup celery
1 small can sliced olives
3 eggs, boiled
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp mustard
Boil macaroni according
Cooking Instructions
Boil macaroni according to pkg directions, drain, rinse w/cold water. Mix macaroni, chopped sweet pickles and sweet pickle juice (2 tsp or to taste), onions, carrot, celery and olives. Add mayonnaise mixed w/2 tsp mustard, salt and pepper. Add 2 hardboiled eggs, chopped, very gently into mixture. Taste, may need more mayo. When done, put 1 sliced hardboiled egg on top, sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
Additional Comments
This recipe went to many family gatherings at Ala Moana park - and never had leftovers! Sooo ono with teriyaki and other local food!
