Corned Beef Stew

1 Med yellow onion (chopped)
2 T cooking oil
1 Lg tomato (chopped)
3 cups water
2 cans corned beef
1 16oz tomato sauce
1 8oz tomato paste
3 Lg potatoes (sliced)
Cooking Instructions
In large pot, sauté chopped onions and chopped tomato in oil until tender. Add 3 cups water,tomato sauce and paste and sliced potatoes. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Add corned beef and let simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
