Spicy Bartic Peel & Eat Shrimp

3 pounds med or large shrimp, devined
7-10 small chili's (Hawaiian kine)
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
2 pinch of salt
1 pinch whole peppercorn
1 teaspoon of fine ground black pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 brown onion,
Bottom cluster of celery stalk
1 bottle Budweiser
2 quarts water
Cooking Instructions
Boil water with all ingredients EXCEPT shrimp and beer. Drop in shrimp till light pink. Drain out water and pour in the beer. Refrigerate for two hours. You have beer batter shrimp and you have spiced peel and eat. One day we made some spicy peel and eat shrimp and placed it in the refrigerator. The next day we discovered that a can of beer exploded and got into the bowl of shrimp. We have then perfected the recipe. Iggys Catering is responsible for this great recipe.
