Shrimp Spicy & Creamy Won Ton

1 1/2 pounds of medium shrimp
Small package cream cheese
Tablespoon each minced garlic, onion and cilantro
One pinch each salt and pepper, MAYBE two PINCH
1/2 Tbls dried crush red pepper
Splash of sesame oil
Wun Tun wrappers
1 egg
Oil to fry wun tuns

Small can sliced pineapple
3 table spoon sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sweet rice vinegar
1 tablespoon red crushed pepper
Cooking Instructions
GET IN THE MOOD...turn on the Hawaiian music, take off the slippa and feel ALOHA. Devine Cold rinse shrimp and CHOP UP. Cube cut the cream cheese. Mix everything in a large bowl EXCEPT the cream cheese and refrigerate for two hours. Scramble egg to use as sealer, water may cause oil splatters. After refrigeration toss cream cheese into the bowl. Place mixture in center of wun tun skin, brush edges with egg and fold over, make sure there are NO AIR POCKETS ... When you pau wrap, just deep fry till golden brown on both sides. It's best to fry when freshly made although wun tuns can be frozen for later use ... enjoy our taste of IGGY's Wun Tuns


Boil pineapple JUICE, water and sugar. COOL down then add pineapple slices, rice vinegar and crushed red peppers.
