Oil for browning
Green onions, chopped, for garnish


1 lb. ground pork
6 med. raw shrimp, minced
2 Tbsp. green onions, minced
2 Tbsp. water chestnuts, minced
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Salt

1-1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp. Accent
Scant 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsps. sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Cooking Instructions
Stuff age lightly with stuffing mixture. Heat oil in large skillet; brown age well, filled side down. Pour over gravy; cover and simmer 20-25 mins. To serve, garnish with green onions.
