Kim's Hot Crab Dip

8-9 mushrooms, cut into chunks
1 round onion, cut into strips
1 pack imitation crab
Small jar mayonnaise
2 T ranch dressing (can use sour cream too)
1 pack parmesan cheese or mozzarella
Worcestershire sauce
2 T garlic, minced
Olive oil or any oil, margarine or butter
Cooking Instructions
Sauté mushrooms in garlic and olive oil in wok. Pour off excess oil. Mix in crab and sauté. Mix in mayo with ranch dressing until creamy. Heat with cheese until gooey. Add two dashes of Worcestershire sauce, 2 dashes oregano, 2 dashes pepper. Place mixture into glass baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until surface browns.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with crackers or baguettes. You can use artichokes instead of mushrooms.
