Ingredients
About 2 beef round tip steaks
1/4 c- vinegar
1/2-c to 1 c shoyu
4-5 lemons (depending on taste)
1 round onion
Cooking Instructions
Cut steaks into little pieces but not to small. Rinse couple times to wash out the blood. Cut onions to however you like. Add vinegar, slice lemon and then squeeze it on the meat, then put shoyu. Mix well and enjoy with beer.
