Ingredients
1/2 pound Ahi Tuna
Wasabi paste
Panko and oil for deep fry
Sauce:
Chili sesame oil and honey to taste
Cooking Instructions
Pat dry ahi tuna and rub thoroughly with wasabi paste. Roll in panko and cover completely. Deep fry till coating is lightly golden and firm BUT "do not" over cook. Tuna should be raw with only the panko crust and outer portion of ahi cooked. Let stand then slice thin pieces. Serve with dipping sauce or Hawaiian style by placing slices of tuna on sticky rice, add Spam, kim chee and "Go to da beach" ALOHA
