Hot Shrimp

1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove crushed garlic
4 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 lbs. Shrimp (in shell)
1-2 Tablespoons Tuong OT Sriragna(Hot Chili Sauce)*
2 Tablespoons White Wine
Cooking Instructions
Sprinkle salt on bottom of preheated fry pan. Add butter and sauté garlic on "medium high" heat. When garlic is slightly brown, add shrimp and stir fry until almost cooked (nearly red). Add chili sauce evenly. Add white wine. Toss briskly until wine evaporates or shrimp is cooked. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Should be cooked in 1/2 lb batch in large fry pan to avoid boiling shrimp. TIP: Hot chili sauce can be found in China Town, Asian stores, those of you at home I used to find it in Times Supermarket.
