01 | How do I join the Lost Ohana Album? |

- Once you have obtained an account and login, click on Join Lost Ohana from the menu on the left.
- You need to have a digital photo ready to upload. The photo should be in .jpg format and no larger than 200 kb in file size. It is recommended that the photo itself be at least 400 - 640 pixels wide.
- Fill out the form and submit.
- Your submission will be reviewed and approved, usually within 1-2 working days.
- If approved, your listing will then be viewable on the site.
Special Note: Photos of children will be accepted only if an ADULT relative who is submitting the photo is also pictured with the children. The only exception is if the adult parent or relative is ALSO posted in the "Lost Ohana Album". |

02 | Can I update my album entry? |
We welcome updates of your information or photo at any time.
- If you already registered for an account and submitted your information previously, you will need to login, navigate to your entry. You will then find an edit icon
 which will allow you to change any of your information. You will be able to also delete your entry entirely .
- If you had submitted your information, prior to May 1, 2009, please do the following.
- Register for an account.
- Contact us and let us know what your login ID is and what your name is in the Lost Ohana album.
- We will then contact you when you are able to edit your entry.
- Once you have been given "authorship" of your entry, your old photo will disappear and you will need to upload a new one.
