Girl Marketing and HawaiiJobForce, will be well remembered!
What a great time to share the warmth of aloha with ohana and
friends. old and new, and from so many places, during one of the
most tragic and difficult times for our country. Despite all of
the problems with travel and dealing with all that has gone on
since September 11, the Gathering was a very welcomed way for
those who were able to still attend to focus on the great things
we do have.
It was great to to be with so
many other locals at the Tropics
Broiler and Bar in Las Vegas on September 21. People came from
as far away as Georgia, Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois,
Wisconsin, Idaho, Nebraska, Hawaii and also, California, Nevada
and Arizona to share all of the things we all love .. great kau
kau, music, laughter. and most of all each other.
Very special mahalos goes
Hawaiian Cowboy, Danny Estocado who serenaded us with
beautiful Hawaiian melodies, Comedian/Emcee Kamaka
Brown and comedian Andy Trask
for keeping us all entertained and laughing the whole time. Mahalos
also to all of the 28 Hawaiian companies who supported the event
with door prize donations. This year's giveaways was awesome
again!
We are already in the planning
stages for the 3rd Annual Aloha Gathering in 2001, so stay tuned
