About the Makaha Sons:
In 1976, a young 5-member group called the Makaha Sons of Ni'ihau was the opening act at a small nightclub known as "Uptown Yokos." Today, known as the Makaha Sons, they are considered Hawaii's premier Hawaiian music group, with over 22 award-winning albums, more than a hundred performances a year, and thousands of fans around the world.
