Make this a special Mother's Day.
Darlene Ahuna, one of Hawaii's foremost female vocalist and multiple Na Hoku Hanohano award winner, including Female Vocalist of the Year, will be performing with special guest four-time Grammy Winner, producer, and artist Daniel Ho for three Southern California dates. Darlene is arguably one of the most respected and talented artists to emerge from Hawai. Crediting Lena Machado and Genoa Keawe as her main influences for her falsetto singing style, she brings the warmth and beauty of Hawaii along with her own style of singing. She has performed throughout the country, including Carnegie Hall and multiple Hawaiian festivals and concerts on the mainland, and of course, throughout the Hawaiian Islands extensively. From Daniel Ho's simple beginnings in Honolulu to the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, he has worked over the years as a musician, producer, singer/songwriter, arranger, composer, engineer, and record company owner.
