San Diego Ho'olaule'a 2014
Come join us at the 2014 San Diego Ho'olaule'a as we bring the Spirit of Aloha back to De Anza Cove Park for another year. This event is all about sharing our Hawaiian Culture with all during our May Day Celebration, San Diego Style. Come join us as we bring Poi Pounding, Kapa workshop, Lei Making, and Lei Hulu ( the art of using Feathers) and much more in our cultural village. Also non-stop music and hula on two stages by various halau and musicians. Come shop and enjoy our Boutique and food vendors and much, much more.
We can't forget our Kupuna tent so all Kupuna can have a place to sit with a nice view of the stage out of the sun. Most of all we have smiling faces from the shore to the park as we share the love for the Hawaiian culture and all the other cultures that call Hawaii home. I know our staff and I will be there to greet you and give you a heartfelt ALOHA!! Our main stage (Mauka) is filling up for next year, but we still have some spots available for halau. Our Kanikapila stage (Makai) still has availability for musicians. We are always looking to add more craft and food vendors to our San Diego Ho'olaule'a Ohana.
Lastly, we currently have 3 food booth spaces still available. For vending Info.
