Special Note: Photos of children will be accepted only if an ADULT relative who is submitting the photo is also pictured with the children. The only exception is if the adult parent or relative is ALSO posted in the "Lost Ohana Album".

Oh yeah ... One more thing to make sure we have no misunderstanding. Kids? If you are under the age of 18 ... go get your parent/guardian to go through all of this with you. Have them fill out this form because if you are under the age of 18, you no can play without them :o)
